RETURNS POLICY (US Customers)

Nella June is happy to accept returns for full-priced items within 30 DAYS of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached.

A USD $7.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund unless you are exchanging or returning for store credit.

After 30 Days of receipt, unworn items in their original condition with all tags attached can be returned in exchange for store credit. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items purchased on sale will only be eligible for store credit.

Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

All items shipped internationally are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you’d like to exchange your order for the same item, in a different size or print, you can initiate an exchange using our Returns Portal.

If you'd like to exchange your order for different items, you may return your items using our Returns Portal and place a new order online. 

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days of receipt by Nella June.
